HERNAN MOLINA,  DIRECTOR OF COACHING BOYS 11V11

Hernan Molina is the Director of Coaching for Boys 11v11 at ALBION Denver, where he leads a thriving program of 17 teams and plays a key role in the club’s continued growth and competitive success.

Originally from Argentina, Hernan began his coaching journey over a decade ago and has spent the past six years in Colorado coaching across youth, high school, and adult levels. He is currently enrolled in the U.S. Soccer C License course and is known for blending his international experience with a deep commitment to long-term player development.

Hernan has achieved notable success on the field, including winning U.S. Open Cup qualifiers, two Colorado Premier League (CPL) titles, and two Copa Alianza championships with adult teams. At the high school level, his leadership has consistently guided teams to playoff appearances. In the youth game, his teams have qualified for national competitions in two of the last three years, with several players progressing to elite platforms such as MLS Next.

Since joining ALBION Denver, Hernan has been instrumental in expanding the club’s reach and raising its performance standards. His ability to build strong team cultures and develop coaches under his leadership has helped elevate the club’s presence in Colorado.

More than just results, Hernan prioritizes developing players as people. He uses the game as a platform to instill life skills—teamwork, discipline, accountability—that empower young athletes both on and off the field.

“The life lessons and friendships I’ve gained through football mean more to me than any trophy I’ve ever won.”
